Jeff began his career at Leo Burnett in the 1990s. He joined M&C Saatchi in 2001, to open its China office. In 2004, he was hired as the first local managing director at Ogilvy & Mather, Shanghai, where he relaunched Ogilvy Activation. Jeff joined TBWA as managing director of its Shanghai office in 2010. He took over the role of chief marketing officer for Greater China in September 2011, overseeing new business development, PR, marketing, government relations and strategic growth initiatives.
