Norman Tan joined Lowe, Shanghai in 2010 as chief creative officer for China, before which he held senior creative roles at Bates Asia, Grey Group, Leo Burnett and JWT. Norman has worked across Asia-Pacific on leading international brands such as Heineken, Shell, Nokia and McDonald's. Norman has won over 300 creative awards and frequently serves as a jury member at major awards shows.
