A Dutchman in disguise with mixed Dutch, Indonesian and Jewish heritage, Dick has held senior agency roles in Amsterdam, Seoul, Tokyo, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He currently resides in Shanghai, overseeing DDB Worldwide, Tribal DDB, RAPP and DDB Guoan in Greater China and working with marketers like McDonald's Corp., Volkswagen Group, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, 360buy, China’s Ministry of Commerce and William Wrigley Jr. Co. The group has been named creative agency of the year and digital agency of the year by Campaign and it listed on Advertising Age’s 2010 Agency A-List.
